Dear Sir/Madam, The Covid-19 epidemic continues to impact the racing and sales calendar in both disciplines. Following Emmanuel Macron’s speech last night regarding further lockdown rules, ARQANA TROT has decided to move its traditional Grand Prix d’Amerique Sale from Paris-Vincennes to Deauville. The auction will take place on the same dates that were originally scheduled, Thursday 28th and Friday 29th January. Also, in compliance with the rules laid down for all public gatherings, ARQANA TROT has decided to cancel the organisation of the 2021 EXPO Stallions, traditionally held at Paris-Vincennes 48 hours before the Prix d’Amerique. Still divided into two parts, the Prix d’Amerique Sale will offer its breeding stock session on Thursday, January 28, made up of broodmares, foals and stallion shares, with the session reserved for horses-in-training scheduled a day later on Friday 29. It is with regret that ARQANA TROT has taken this decision, however this is to ensure that our clientele is welcomed to the sale under the best possible health and working conditions. Entries close: Friday, 11th December. We remain at your entire disposal for any further questions and to help with the organisation of your stay at the sales. Thank you for your understanding. Yours sincerely, Hugues ROUSSEAU |
